We currently ship to anywhere within Australia and internationally to the US, Canada, and New Zealand via Australia Post. We're looking at expanding our shipping locations so feel free to sign up to our mailing list for updates. Otherwise, please feel free to send us an email enquiry as we may be able to arrange an exception depending on your location.

The below is a breakdown of shipping costs per location. All prices are in AUD and all discounts are applied at checkout. 

Please note that estimated domestic delivery times are inclusive of all locations within Australia, so your item may arrive sooner than indicated depending on your location. Also note that there are still delays being experience within the Australia Post system due to Coronavirus, so we ask that you please remain patient while you wait for your order to arrive.

Little Geraldine is unable to take responsibility for items lost by Australia Post once they have left our hands. There is significant variation in postage times currently due to COVID 19, so it's worth waiting a little longer than anticipated for your package to arrive. All of our packages are sent and tracked via Australia Post, and you will be provided with a tracking number once your item has been delivered to the Post Office.

On the very odd occasion, Australia Post may lose your package. When this happens, you can lodge a complaint through the Australia Post website using your tracking number provided in your Little Geraldine shipping confirmation email. Please also let us know so that we can lodge a complaint on our end. 

Due to the nature of what we sell, we are unable to provide returns/exchanges on items due to change of mind or making the wrong choice due to not reading the product description. We do our utmost to ensure accurate and necessary information is provided on each item listing so that customers can make an informed decision. However, we are only people, so if there is incorrect information on the listing that would have stopped you from purchasing it had you know it was incorrect (i.e. colour, size, style), we will be happy to come up with a resolution to make sure you are not left disappointed.

Little Geraldine takes great care to ensure items are packed securely and safely so that they are note damaged in transit. If damage does occur in transit, Little Geraldine are unable to take liability and a claim will have to be lodged with Australia Post. We would greatly appreciate you informing us also that your package was damaged so that we can take it on note.
