Our items are handcrafted, laser cut and assembled in our home in Nairne, South Australia. Although designs are laser cut and we do our best to quality control all items listed on our website, chips, scratches, burn marks, variations in material, colour and finish as well as imperfections can occur. Some items can also be fragile and can break if mishandled or dropped. We are not responsible if a customer breaks a product due to mishandling. If the product breaks in shipping, please contact us.
